HDL Dealer Conference 2025

On June 24, HDL, HDL successfully hosted the Dealer Conference in Dubai—an event designed to foster deeper regional collaboration, exchange forward-thinking insights, and explore new growth opportunities in the smart industry.

A Strategic Opening Address

The event opened with a keynote speech by Lawrence, the international sales director from HDL. He recounted HDL’s journey—a journey intrinsically linked with Dubai. “Eighteen years ago, we exhibited at the Dubai Smart Home Exhibition, and that moment not only marked the beginning of our global expansion but also cemented our special bond with this dynamic city,” he explained. Since then, HDL has held over 500 international exhibitions and more than 1,000 in-person marketing events. Lawrence emphasized that through long-term, localized partnerships and continued product innovation, HDL has successfully met a diverse range of market needs and delivered smarter living experiences.

As part of the in-depth sessions, Michelle and Jay, product managers at HDL,  delivered a deep-dive session on market segmentation and tailored solutions. They demonstrated how HDL’s flexible smart solutions cater to a variety of applications, including residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. From adaptive product bundles to customized control systems, the presentation clearly highlighted HDL’s capability to create adaptable, full-scale smart environments.

Hands-On Product Experience

To bridge theory with practice, the conference featured a dedicated product experience zone. Attendees had the opportunity to get hands-on with HDL’s latest products and explore firsthand how each solution can be applied in real-world settings.

The standout of the session was the Source Series panel, which drew significant attention thanks to its sleek design, intuitive user interface, and wide adaptability across different spaces. The interactive zone saw constant foot traffic and enthusiastic feedback.
