As intelligent control continues to expand from buildings into everyday energy management, HDL Automation is accelerating its global strategy with a more integrated approach to smart living. In early 2026, HDL made a dual appearance at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Spain and the International Solar & Power Trade Fair in Nigeria, presenting a unified vision that connects intelligent control, user experience, and sustainable residential energy.

Through exhibitions and on-site brand roadshows in both Europe and West Africa, HDL demonstrated how its technologies are evolving from standalone systems into a connected ecosystem—designed to adapt to different markets while addressing real-world living and energy challenges.
Full-Scenario Smart Solutions Bringing Openness and Integration to Life
At ISE 2026, HDL showcased its full-scenario smart solutions for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, highlighting openness, integration, and design consistency. The booth featured HDL’s complete lineup of eight smart panel series, representing a unified design language across diverse architectural styles. From contemporary designs such as Source and Xelent to culturally inspired collections including Eave, Inkslab, and Fanora, alongside Tile 2.1, iTouch, and Granite, the portfolio reflected HDL’s balance between aesthetic expression, craftsmanship, and long-term reliability.

Rather than presenting individual products in isolation, HDL focused on how its ecosystem performs in real projects through three core solution scenarios:
Smart Hotel Solution
Powered by the IHMS platform in cloud and edge deployments, HDL illustrated a full hotel management workflow, from centralized in-room control to operational data and energy insights, supporting hoteliers in improving efficiency while enhancing guest comfort and experience.
KNX Smart Building Solution
Centered on the GraView visualization platform, combined with advanced sensing devices such as Airkit2 Pro, HDL demonstrated how complex building systems can be unified into a single operational interface, enabling environmental monitoring, scene automation, and energy performance analysis across multiple subsystems.
Buspro Lite Smart Home Solution
With HomeKit and the Studio Lite commissioning software, visitors experienced intuitive control of lighting, curtains, air conditioning, and scenes through voice and touch. The solution highlighted HDL’s focus on usability, faster deployment, and a lower barrier to smart home adoption.

Empowering Local Markets with AI-Driven Residential Energy Management
In parallel, HDL’s photovoltaic and energy storage brand Xenterra appeared at the International Solar & Power Trade Fair in Lagos, Nigeria, followed by a dedicated brand roadshow on February 6. The events focused on AI-driven residential energy solutions, designed to help households better manage power generation, storage, and consumption in regions with diverse energy conditions.

A key highlight was the seamless integration between Xenterra’s energy management system and HDL’s smart home platform. Energy and home automation can be managed through a single interface, while during power outages, the system intelligently prioritizes critical loads and coordinates household devices to extend backup duration. Supported by HDL’s experience in intelligent control and AI technologies, the solution also enables remote AI-guided commissioning and smart operation via mobile applications, reducing both deployment complexity and long-term maintenance effort.
With over 40 years of technological expertise and operations spanning 106 countries and regions, HDL has delivered automation solutions for landmark projects worldwide, including the Presidential Palace of Kyrgyzstan, Dubai International Airport, Aman Tokyo Residences, and Morpheus Hotel Macau.
By extending intelligent control into residential energy management, HDL is building a more integrated ecosystem for smart and sustainable living. The simultaneous showcases in Spain and Nigeria reflect a shared direction—delivering open, scalable solutions that respond to real-life needs and support a smarter, greener future across global markets.
