The property features 208 serviced apartments, offering layouts from one to five bedrooms and totaling approximately 800 guest rooms. Surrounded by retail, entertainment venues, and a 15,000 m² ecological lagoon, the project is designed to deliver a premium hospitality experience for both short- and long-term stays.
To match the scale and quality of this landmark development, HDL provided a comprehensive smart hotel solution covering both guest rooms and public areas. By integrating intelligent room control, centralized management, and seamless system connectivity, HDL helps the hotel enhance guest comfort while improving operational efficiency.
Intelligent Guest Room Control
Every guest room is equipped with HDL RCU modules, Tile Series panels, and Enviro panels, allowing guests to easily control lighting, DALI dimming, VRV air conditioning, and hotel services from a single interface. The solution creates a more personalized stay while enabling hotel staff to manage room operations more efficiently.
Seamless Hotel Management Integration
A key advantage of the project is the integration between HDL IHMS and the Fidelio Property Management System. Through this integration, room status, occupancy information, and guest service requests are synchronized in real time, allowing hotel staff to respond faster and streamline daily operations.
In addition, the HDL system is connected to the building management platform, enabling centralized monitoring of room environmental data and supporting more efficient building operation and energy management.
Smart Automation Beyond Guest Rooms
HDL smart solution also extends throughout the hotel's public areas. Lighting in corridors and shared spaces is automatically controlled based on occupancy, ensuring that lighting is available when needed while reducing unnecessary energy consumption. Centralized control also simplifies daily management of public-area lighting, contributing to a more efficient and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
