Laguna Verona Green Lakeside Villa

This project, close to Henggang Reservoir and with a great view of the lake, is stately located on Hujing Avenue, Houjie Town, Dongguan.The villa is about 1000 square meters in floorage and the whole house is installed with HDL smart home system.

With a variety of dimming solutions, HDL tailors a smart lighting system for the villa.When the user has to get up to use the bathroom during the night, the sensor will detect human movement and turn on the bed lamp and the ones in the hallway.

No need for the user to do anything, and he can enjoy smart lighting at the right location, more efficient and power-saving. With regard to electrical appliances, HDL provides the project with a product linkage. All devices from AC, ventilation, floor heating, home theater through lighting in the garden are connected to the smart home system.

With one control panel, the user is able to control smart home devices throughout the building. HDL also provides the user with an outdoor smart control system which connects the 15 channels of lights in the garden into the smart control panel for centralized control. The lights are turned on/off automatically according to the requirements of the scenario, saving electric power while ensuring higher operating efficiency.
