It is a newly built villa in Santo Domingo, about 3 hours away from Quito, the capital city of Ecuador, which covers an area of 1,500 square meters.  It has the following areas: bedrooms, games room, movie theater, living room, kitchen, dining room, gym, study, BBQ area, parking spaces, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and music Room.

HDL provides the client with a complete solution from lighting, air-conditioning, shading, security & protection through AV entertainment controls. Thanks to HDL Buspro’s high compatibility, the HDL intelligent control system is connected to a large number of third-party products for linked control, ensuring unified management of overall smart home appliances in the house. Through the intelligent control panel in the parlor, the user may control precisely the lighting and curtains in each zone. HDL has installed sensors throughout the house for the well-defined detection of human motion and temperature in each specific zone. When human presence is detected, and the temperature there is too high or too low, the ventilation and air-conditioning systems will automatically regulate the temperature to create a suitable living environment for the user. The user may also program third-party products into the scenarios and save the settings. When he wishes to use them next time, the user needs only to touch the desired scenario mode on the panel to recall the settings instantly. 

HDL has successfully integrated all the systems into centralized control. While all functions are consolidated, a variety of control modes and remote monitoring methods are provided for the user to switch seamlessly between different appliances in the smart home system. Besides, HDL has had a third-party app linked to the smart home for unified control of all products from different brands, meeting the customers' requirements for scalability of smart home products.
