ONC Villas, altogether 90 units under construction close to Phnom Penh International Airport and the expressway, will be completed in 2024. The developer of these high-grade villas, to make them more interesting and to promote sales, decided to install smart home control systems in them. 

What did HDL do for the projects?

HDL has successfully added smart home controls to the houses without damaging the original wiring, meeting the user’s needs while saving the trouble of rewiring or rerouting the circuits. 

We provide users with smart home controls over lighting, air-conditioners and curtains through HDL smart panels, where they can control whole-house smart appliances in an integrated way according to the programmed scenarios in the control panel. Thanks to advanced whole-house sensors, the users can easily avail themselves of many functions that could never be realized with physical buttons. For instance, the user may program a “Getup mode” on the smart panel, so the curtains, when the preset hour is on, will open quietly in melodious music for the user to greet the morning sun comfortably.
