Jing’an Prime Land Villa, Shanghai

Jing’an Prime Land is located at the heart of the center business district of New Jing’an, right at the intersection of Wenshui Lu and Pinglu Lu, close to Wanrong Lu, the Golden Axis of New Jing’an. It has been the first international residence in the city center of Shanghai in the last decade, which is completed with an extremely large floorage of nearly 700,000 square meters. The indoor floorage of the project is about 300 square meters. 

The project adopts several types of smart panels and dimming modules, which are linked to third-party products for voice control and mobile app control. Through the collaboration between the Tile panel and Granite Display, the users may exercise prompt control over lighting and smart curtains. With the DALI dimming module, the user can use the panel to control separately any single lamp in a specific zone, and tune their luminance and color temperature freely and smoothly. In non-sensitive zones, however, SCR dimming modules are used to simplify wiring, improving greatly the aesthetic effect of the scenario. 

HDL has also been thoughtful and programmed for clients many preset scenarios. With a smart panel, the user may recall the desired status at one touch. For example, when he wants to see a movie after dinner, the user needs only to tap “Movie mode” on the control panel. And the system will close the curtains, tune down lamps in the zone, and create a theatre ambience, a perfect immerging movie watching experience for the user. The user may also remote control his smart home appliances. As he drives home at midnight, he just need to touch one button in his mobile app to preset the moment when the lights in the house shall be turned on in advance, enjoying a sweet home experience.
