The Lincoln, Liberty, and Lexington Towers, collectively known as the 3L Tower, are three of the seven residential towers in the Podomoro City Deli Medan Superblock located in Medan, North Sumatra. This expansive development includes residential towers, an office building, and a shopping mall.

The developer needed to enhance the appeal of the 3L Tower units in a cost-effective manner, which required a simple yet efficient smart home solution that would not only add value to the residential units but also be easy to integrate with existing building infrastructure.
