In the corridor area, the automation system is able to accurately detect the illumination conditions around and human motions by sensors, which can meet the actual lighting needs without causing unnecessary waste. For instance, in the well-lit daytime, the lights will not be switched on when people pass by while lights will be automatically activated when the brightness level falls below a preset level, so that people can easily move without have to think about turning lights on or off.

Automatic Air-conditioning System

With HDL air conditioning control modules, the system will automatically select the perfect fan speed and mode based on the comparison between the preset temperature and the actual ambient temperature to achieve energy efficiency. When the air humidity is greater than a certain value of relative humidity, the air-conditioning connected to the system is adjusted to reduce the air humidity in time and maintain the space in a stable and comfortable condition, working with the fan coil, fan, cold water switch valve, extractor and resistor.
Besides, with magnetic contacts in each window, the fan coil automatically turns off to avoid unnecessary energy loss when the system detects that a window has been opened.
One-step Scene Control
The HDL automation system provides occupants in Srbijagas office building with one-step management of multiple devices through the setting of scenes linkage and the simple operation greatly enhances the working efficiency. One of the most popular features for occupants is the "Presentation Time" scene clicked by a single button, where the main lights in the conference room dim, the shutters slowly come down, and the projector screen come out of the ceiling.
Convenient Control Modes
In addition to automatic control of the devices connected to the system, other control modes such as panel control are also convenient.
