This project in St. Petersburg is a smart house installed with Teletask smart home system. The user may use iPhone and iPad to control the temperature, climate and lighting of the house and garden conveniently. Besides, HDL has provided the villa with a parallel DCS system for the weak-current system, so that the project is connected to the community’s dispatching/communication services, which is a high-quality smart home experience to the user.

To ensure indoor temperature and climate control, the house is divided into ten separate zones. HDL has installed temperature sensors throughout the villa so that centralized control of the indoor temperature is done at the smart panel. When it snows, no human intervention is required. With the sensors, the smart control system can detect human presence in the house and turn on the radiant floor heating system automatically. While a comfortable living environment is created for the residents, no power is wasted on zones that are not currently in use, saving energy and friendly to the environment. The HDL panel, meanwhile, is embedded with a memory. Once the user has input and saved the desired settings, the smart panel, when the temperature control system is turned on next time, will adjust the temperature according to the user’s settings, saving time and trouble. 

With both wired and wireless controls, HDL provides users with more smart home control options.The user may use the app on iPad to exercise convenient control, or operate all the smart home appliances in the house on the smart control panel, taking care of the interaction habit of all the family members.HDL has also thoughtfully programmed many frequently used scenarios in the control panel, so the user may enjoy the preset whole-house lighting and smart home effect at one touch only.When there are guests in the family, the user needs only to touch “Party mode” and leave the system to turn on the ambient lights, the curtains and the background music without further intervention.

Meanwhile, the villa is also equipped with a security & protection system, which will transmit emergency messages about the house to the property management staff or the user in time. For example, the security guard may check the house for any gas leakage, intrusion or fire alarm.
