Mirabad Avenue, Uzbekistan

Mirabad Avenue is Uzbekistan's first premium-class residence, a joint project with the renowned British architectural bureau Chapman Taylor. This innovative project is known for its unique design and new approach to space utilization. Additionally, Mirabad Avenue will feature the country's first shopping avenue, transforming one of the central streets of Tashkent into a vibrant area comparable to iconic streets like the Champs-Elysées, the Arbat, and Fifth Avenue.

Integrated Control System

To meet the project’s demands, HDL implemented the KNX smart home system across all 500 apartments, providing the flexibility to expand functionality according to each user’s needs.

Smart Panel Control

The Tile Series Climate Panel played a critical role, offering a minimalist design and an intuitive interface for controlling AC, heating, and ventilation systems independently. Additionally, the Tile Series Panels were selected for their sleek design, which perfectly complemented the apartment interiors.

The successful implementation of the KNX system enhanced both the comfort and functionality of the luxury apartments. Residents now enjoy seamless control over their home environment, from lighting to climate management. Also, the scalable design of the smart home system allows for future upgrades, providing long-term value and convenience for the residents of Mirabad Avenue.
