Situated in Belgrade, this expansive 1,500 square meter villa features a comprehensive layout including a basement with an eight-car garage, laundry room, gym, spa, and wine cellar. The ground floor includes living spaces, a study, and a dining area, while the first floor is dedicated to family quarters with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a terrace. The second floor offers additional guest rooms, bathrooms, terraces, and a living room.

Managing the diverse and extensive functions of such a large villa required an integrated smart home system capable of handling complex control tasks across multiple areas and subsystems, ensuring both operational efficiency and enhanced comfort.

Versatile Function Control

The HDL smart home system managed indoor and outdoor lighting, temperature, curtains, heat accumulators, and heat pumps. S10 panels were used to control all devices within the system. Each room was equipped with Granite series panels for localized control of heating, cooling, lighting, and blinds. Given the numerous devices, the system was primarily managed through preset scenes. The entire system could also be controlled via a mobile app for added convenience.

The implementation of HDL smart home system significantly enhances the villa’s functionality by streamlining the management of various subsystems. This not only improves daily living comfort but also contributes to substantial energy savings, ensuring a sophisticated and efficient home environment.
